The Similar Products by Attributes module shows related products based on attributes. For example, if you have a Gender attribute, it can show related women's products.

About the download
The code is open source and includes a basic installation guide (PDF) for Magento and Similar Products. Each module download includes your right to bug fixes in case of a module defect, but only for the version that you purchased.
